Hyperledger welcomes its first public blockchain-Ethereum
Hyperledger is officially integrating an open-source Ethereum client into its technology offering. After vigorous debate, the Hyperledger technical steering committee decided-by unanimous vote-to induct PegaSys’ open-source Ethereum client “Pantheon.” In the coming weeks Pantheon will be renamed Hyperledger “Besu,” after the Japanese term for base or foundation.
